For consumer clothing brand : We aim to process and ship your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

For custom made (corporate) clothing: We strive to complete your branded corporate clothing from the first contact to actual delivery within 4 weeks. Within these 4 weeks, the design, production and shipping of your branded corporate clothing falls.

The clothing should be washed as stated on the washing label integrated into all clothing.

Generally, all our products have a 'regular fit'. This means that you can keep the sizes that you usually wear. If you choose to go for clothing with an oversized fit, we recommend choosing a size larger. For questions about the suitable sizes per product, you can always contact us.

Yes, you do not pay any additional shipping costs at Freshflows Clothing.

For consumer clothing brand: Yes, you can always return the order. Are you returning due to an error on our side? Then you can return for free. Is the reason for return your own fault? Then the return costs will be recovered from the customer.

For custom made (company) clothing: After approval of the designs and the quote, you can no longer make changes to your company clothing. This means that the company clothing can no longer be returned. Returns and refunds are only possible when, due to an error on our part, defects in the company clothing can be found.
